Responsibilities:

Digital Marketing Strategy:

  • Design and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  • Manage social media accounts, email campaigns, and digital advertisements, ensuring alignment with brand objectives.
  • Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools and provide recommendations to improve ROI.

Website Design and Optimization:

  • Design and maintain engaging, user-friendly websites that align with the brand’s identity.
  • Implement SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings and increase organic traffic.
  • Ensure websites are optimized for responsiveness, speed, and user experience.

Search Engine Optimization (SEO):

  • Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify optimization opportunities.
  • Enhance on-page and off-page SEO elements, including content, metadata, and backlinks.
  • Use analytics tools to track SEO performance and improve rankings.

Graphic Design:

  • Develop creative visuals, graphics, and promotional materials that resonate with the target audience.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all digital content.

Collaboration and Leadership:

  • Work with cross-functional teams, including developers and content creators, to execute projects efficiently.
  • Provide guidance to junior team members, fostering skill development.

Analytics and Reporting:

  • Use platforms like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar tools to monitor performance metrics.
  • Prepare detailed reports on campaign effectiveness and website performance.
  • C1 English level, with excellent verbal and written communication skills (Must Have)
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, SEO, website design, and graphic design. (Must Have)
  • Proven ability to manage successful digital marketing campaigns and create high-performing websites.
  • Proficiency in WordPress, Shopify, or similar CMS platforms.
  • Expertise in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz, or Ahrefs.
  • Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) or equivalent design software.
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
