As we continue to expand our digital presence, we are seeking a creative and results-driven Community Manager to lead our social media efforts and grow our online communities. This role requires someone with a strong understanding of social media growth strategies, an eye for compelling content, and the ability to meet weekly KPIs for both engagement and community expansion. You’ll have the opportunity to work in a dynamic startup environment, where creativity and strategic thinking are highly valued.
Key Responsibilities:
● Manage and grow Activate Talent’s social media presence across platforms (LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, X), focusing on both client-facing and candidate-facing audiences.
● Develop and execute weekly content calendars and storyboards for each platform, ensuring alignment with company goals and branding.
● Create engaging, original content (written and visual) that drives audience engagement, brand visibility, and growth.
● Monitor community engagement, responding to comments, messages, and interactions in a timely and professional manner.
● Analyze social media performance and track KPIs for growth, engagement, and reach, providing weekly reports to the leadership team.
● Collaborate with the creative team to produce high-quality graphics, videos, and other media for campaigns.
● Continuously optimize content strategies based on data insights, trends, and audience behavior.
● Work closely with the marketing team to align social media content with broader company campaigns and initiatives.
● Identify and collaborate with influencers, pacrtners, and community members to drive organic growth and increase brand awareness.
● Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, adapting strategies as needed
● Proven experience as a Community Manager or similar role, preferably within a startup
environment.
● Strong track record of growing social media accounts and meeting weekly KPIs for
engagement, follower growth, and reach.
● Expertise in developing storyboards, content calendars, and executing multi-platform
social media strategies.
● Excellent communication skills, with an eye for creatives and an ability to create
engaging visual and written content.
● Proficiency in social media management and analytics
● Creative problem solver with the ability to think outside the box and adapt strategies
quickly.
● Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment with multiple priorities.
● Knowledge of best practices for both client-facing and candidate-facing social media
strategies.
● Experience with influencer outreach and partnerships is a plus.
