Project Coordinator - Sales Center

Job Summary:

As a Project Coordinator in the Sales Center, you will play a crucial role in managing and coordinating client consultations and follow-ups. Your primary responsibility will be to book free consultations in ServiceMinder, ensuring each potential client receives prompt and professional communication. You will follow up with leads via calls, texts, and emails, leaving detailed notes in our CRM system regarding the status and disposition of each lead. Your organizational skills and attention to detail will help drive the success of our sales operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Consultation Booking: Schedule and book free consultations for potential clients using ServiceMinder, ensuring that all appointments are accurately entered and confirmed.
  • Lead Follow-Up: Conduct timely follow-up calls, texts, and emails to leads, ensuring consistent and professional communication.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate and detailed notes in the CRM system on the status and disposition of each lead, updating records in real-time to reflect ongoing communication.
  • Communication: Liaise with potential clients, providing information about HomeSmiles’ services, answering inquiries, and addressing any concerns they may have.
  • Coordination: Work closely with the operations and marketing teams to ensure seamless coordination and handoff of leads – detailed notes are vital.
  • Reporting: Generate reports on lead activity, consultation bookings, and follow-up outcomes to support sales strategy and decision-making.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a sales support or project coordination role is preferred.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using CRM systems, ServiceMinder, and other sales tools.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills with an emphasis on accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Customer Service: A customer-first attitude with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
