Our client is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the financial operations of their insurance and reinsurance organization. Candidates must be located in Miami, Florida.Responsibilities• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis processes to support strategic decision-making• Participate in the development and execution of reinsurance strategies to optimize the company’s risk profile• Communicate the company’s financial performance and strategy to internal and external stakeholdersQualifications• Strong finance-based analytical skills• 7 - 10 years' of finance experience• CPA or MBA preferred• In-depth knowledge of IFRS 17, NAIC regulatory requirements, and the Yellow Book
