VP, Cloud Solutions

You will accelerate Acxiom’s transformation to deliver marketing solutions on industry-leading cloud platforms like AWS, Google, Snowflake, and Databricks. You will lead multidisciplinary teams comprising architects, engineers, developers, analysts, and project managers to develop data, analytics, and AI solutions. In a client-facing role, you will ensure seamless delivery, act as a senior escalation point, and collaborate on presales activities, solution design, and operational excellence. This high-impact leadership role requires a blend of strategic vision, technical expertise, and operational acumen to drive business results and foster client success.Responsibilities• Leading delivery teams for client-facing solutions and responsible for escalations• Collaborating with solution architects on application design and tech-stack selection• Development of reusable components and accelerators for repeatability & standardization• Responsible for operational efficiencies such as resource utilization, client margin, and on-time delivery• Scale global operations, especially in offshore locations• Collaborate closely with resource managers on resource allocations & project staffing• Participate in presales activities to develop client proposals, RFP responses, SOW creation, deal pricing, and resource ramp planning.• Consult with client stakeholders on resolving delivery issues, project planning, and future state enhancements/road mapping.• Mentor senior architects, engineers, and management team on technical, communication & interpersonal skills.• Build effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels, to work collaboratively to achieve objectives• Ensure proper documentation and knowledge transition in place before project wrap-upRequirements• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Science, or a related technical field is required.• 15+ years of professional experience, with 10+ years in leadership roles leading large, global delivery teams within a professional services organization• Extensive experience in designing, developing, and delivering marketing technology solutions (e.g., CDPs, Clean Rooms)• Expertise in public cloud platforms, particularly AWS and Google Cloud• Maintain a DevOps culture within multidisciplinary teams focused on fully automated CI/CD environments• Proficiency in cloud-native OLAP and NoSQL databases and associated cloud-native data engineering and machine learning automated pipelines• Prior experience in developing near real-time, event-driven data applications• Experience shaping and setting up successful cloud offerings from architectural to production point of view (end to end)• Ability to grasp the big picture and develop a roadmap for operationalization• Demonstrated ability to lead geographically dispersed, cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with top management• Strong interpersonal skills to build trust and collaboration across diverse teams and cultures• Ability to moderate and drive strategic discussions to practical and valuable outcomes and roadmaps• Ability to articulate complex ideas to a range of audiencesLocation• Remote, continental US (preferably in Texas or Arkansas)Primary Location City/State:Homebased - Conway, ArkansasAdditional Locations (if applicable):ConwayAcxiom is an affirmative action and equal opportunity employer (AA/EOE/W/M/Vet/Disabled) and does not discriminate in recruiting, hiring, training, promotion or other employment of associates or the awarding of subcontracts because of a person's race, color, sex, age, religion, national origin, protected veteran, military status, physical or mental disability, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, genetics or other protected status.Attention California Applicants: Please see our CCPA/CPRA Privacy Act notice here (https:////www.acxiom.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/01/CCPA-CPRA-Notice-for-Employees-Eff-01012023.pdf) .Attention Colorado, California, Connecticut, Maryland, Nevada, New York City, Ohio, Rhode Island, and Washington Applicants: This position is not located in the aforementioned locations but applications for remote work may be considered.
