AD - Enterprise Architecture (Customer Content Focus)

What You'll Do:
We’re looking for an Enterprise Architect to join our team. In this role, you’ll act as a lead member of the Principal Enterprise Architecture team, you will be responsible for leading the development of architecture solutions and technology strategy for the Customer Content Management platforms including Content Creation, Storage Integration, Electronic Delivery, Content Retrieval, Print Production, Content Capture, and Financial Deposits. You will partner with our Customer Content Management technology teams to create architectural roadmaps for each platform then implement those roadmaps to advance and modernize the platforms.
  • Lead Customer Content Management Platform architecture strategies to optimize and modernize the technology portfolio driving electronic delivery of content using cloud-based solutions.
  • Design integration patterns and solutions that link the platforms in an efficient and resilient manner.
  • Ensure the platforms are appropriately aligned to the organizational architectural standards including infrastructure, security, and data standards.
  • Effectively communicate with all levels of the organization to influence, coach, and mentor on how to consume and apply key aspects of the platform architecture.
  • Develop and maintain roadmaps that communicate platform architecture priorities to achieve business outcomes. Facilitate strategic architecture discussions, set tactical and medium-term strategic platform architecture direction (6-18 months)
  • Identify, research, recommend and drive adoption of emerging and innovative technologies, techniques and tools that enable the business to achieve strategic platform goals and respond to future market changes.
  • Assess architecture risk and impact of platform related business and technology decisions communicating implications and mitigation strategies.
  • Represent enterprise architecture governance mechanisms and practices in broader decision making / operating model conversations and influencing how decisions are made beyond the enterprise architecture practice.
  • Act as an advocate for ensuring that the specific platform solution architecture aligns with the overall enterprise architecture goals.

Who You Are:
  • You have a Bachelor's degree OR equivalent work experience and 10+ years of experience with a multi-business unit global organization.
  • You have hands-on, practical expertise with leading enterprise platforms and/or creating scaled solutions for global organizations.
  • You are able to clearly communicate technical concepts to business partners as well as communicate business objectives to the technical team and get consensus.
  • You are familiar with continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) methodology.

Skills That Will Help You Stand Out

  • Implementation of enterprise class Customer Content or Document Management solutions experience
  • Experience with document scanning, OCR and indexing solutions.
  • Experience with IDI and IDP (Intelligent Document Ingestion and Intelligent Document Processing) solutions using AI to identify, classify, route and disposition enterprise content.
  • Experience with cloud and edge-based content management strategies.

Salary Range Information: Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer. Salary Range: $137000 - $185000 / year Additional Information:

Work Environments

This role offers the ability for in-office, hybrid (blending both office and remote work in a typical workweek), and remote work arrangements. You’ll work with your leader to figure out which option may align best based on several factors.
