Implementation Project Manager

Location: This a hybrid position that will require you to be on-site in Reston, VA.Type: Full-time, CTHOur client is seeking an experienced project manager to bring their knowledge and expertise to provide strategic planning for program management. In this role, you are expected to align skills and resources as well as provide for all requisite management to fulfil the program/project requirements including requisitions, communications and releases.Responsibilities:• Conduct regular calls with partners and clients, including stand-up meetings, to ensure project alignment and progress.• Participate actively in meetings, demonstrating an understanding of relevant technologies and effectively communicating with partners and customers.• Guide participation in projects by directing technical consultants and ensuring they stay on track with the customer's objectives.• Leverage technical acumen to comprehend and discuss both customer and partner technologies, facilitating informed decision-making.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive project execution and successful outcomes.• Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and budgets, ensuring adherence to project plans and client expectations.• Provide strategic insights and recommendations to enhance project delivery and customer satisfaction.• Ensure clear communication and coordination among all stakeholders, resolving any issues that arise promptly.• Maintain a high level of industry knowledge, particularly within the security software space, to provide expert consulting services.• Utilize consulting experience to manage and execute projects efficiently, delivering high-quality results to government, non-profit, and commercial clients.Requirements:• 5+ years in a Project Management related position (PMP or related preferred)• External facing customer project experience• Experience managing and being part of medium sized teams (less than 100 people)• Strong business analytical skills and ability to understand technical requirements• Proven track record of being a difference maker within their previous organizations• Must have ability to be customer facing as well as interface with internal teams• Experience managing both government and commercial projects preferred• Ability to work a hybrid schedule
