Position: Support Engineer

Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support to end-users utilizing Microsoft 1080 Webcam/VOIP Systems, ensuring seamless communication and troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
• Utilize the Casea Help Desk System to efficiently manage and resolve user inquiries and technical problems.
• Familiarity with Genysys cloud user interface to assist users in navigating and utilizing the platform effectively.
• Assist in setting up new user accounts and password resets, leveraging automation wherever possible to streamline processes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify and implement solutions to common technical challenges.
• Ensure compliance with security protocols and standards, particularly in the context of sensitive financial data within the credit union or banking environment.
• Document and maintain support procedures and knowledge base articles for future reference.
• Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements relevant to the role.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in a technical support role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 1080 Webcam/VOIP Systems and experience with End User Support utilizing Casea Help Desk System.
• Familiarity with Genysys cloud user interface is advantageous.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-centric approach.
• Experience in the banking or credit union sector is a plus.
• Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate or CompTIA A+ are desirable but not required.
