IT Lead, IT Project Manager, Cybersecurity

Our client is seeking a Lead with excellent communication, negotiation, interpersonal skills to join their team. This position is hybrid (4 days on-site) in D.C. The ideal candidate will have management/lead experience and knowledge of current IT trends, cybersecurity practices, and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities... Collaborate in developing and executing IT strategies that align with the organization's goals. Oversee and manage IT projects: deliver on time, within scope, and budget. Ensure the reliability, security, and efficiency of IT infrastructure, including network systems, hardware, and software. Manage relationships with technology vendors and collaborate with various stakeholders to align IT services with business needs. Manage the IT budget, optimizing resource allocation and expenditure. Implement IT policies and ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices Qualifications :4 or more years of experience in IT, with increasing responsibilities over time Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred Proven track record of managing IT infrastructure and leading IT projects.
