Job Title: Onboarding Coordinator - 9+ Month contract!Location: Chicago, IL (100% On-Site)Industry: Research and Data CollectionPay: $25-$30 per hourAbout Our Client: The organization is involved in large-scale projects that require high-volume hiring across multiple locations in the U.S.Job Description: The Onboarding Coordinator will be responsible for managing the onboarding process for a significant number of new hires across the U.S. This role is essential to ensuring that all necessary documentation, background checks, and other onboarding processes are completed efficiently and accurately.Key Responsibilities:• Onboarding Management: Oversee the onboarding process using the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ADP, ensuring all steps are completed for new hires.• Background Checks: Initiate and monitor background checks and E-Verify processes to ensure compliance.• Administrative Support: Maintain and audit onboarding paperwork, manage employee transactions such as rehires, pay changes, and terminations.• High-Volume Hiring: Assist with job posting and unposting on various platforms, supporting the high-volume hiring needs of the organization.• Independent Work: Demonstrate the ability to self-drive efforts and work with minimal supervision.Qualifications:• 3+ years of experience in HR or recruiting roles focused on onboarding non-exempt hires.• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), ADP, and background check processes.• 1+ year of experience in high-volume hiring.• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Perks:• Opportunity to contribute to a large-scale, impactful project.• Work in a collaborative environment with a dedicated team.Addison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
