Real Estate Paralegal (Temporary)

Addison Group's Client is looking for an experienced Real Estate Paralegal to join their team on a temporary basis.Title: Real Estate ParalegalLocation: Downtown Denver, CO (Parking Provided)Compensation: $28-42/hrHours: 8-5 or 9-6 M-FContract Period: 4-6 WeeksResponsibilities:• Conduct due diligence for real estate, including assessments of title, survey, and zoning for multifamily and commercial loans.• Review, draft, and edit various forms, contracts, and legal documents for programs and services.• Assist with the closing process for multifamily residential and commercial loans, including insurance reviews.• Conduct legal research and write reports.• Analyze and summarize legislation to determine its impact on operations.• Review documents related to property sales.• Assist attorneys with HOA litigation, commercial negotiations, and information requests.• Perform additional tasks and projects as needed.Qualifications:• 4+ years working on complex real estate matters as a paralegal• Multi-family loan closing experience• Loan closing experience• Willingness to work on-siteAddison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
