Job Title: Revenue Integrity AnalystLocation: Plano, TXIndustry: Healthcare/Revenue CyclePay: $25 - $27 per hourAbout Our Client:We are partnering with a healthcare company seeking a Revenue Integrity Analyst to ensure revenue accuracy and verify insurance contracts. This is a fast-paced role requiring strong analytical and mathematical skills, especially in contract management and collections.Key Responsibilities:• Ensure revenue is accurate and up-to-date for all accounts based on contract terms.• Verify insurance details and make necessary adjustments.• Utilize Excel for data management and reporting.• Perform auditing throughout the process, including pre- and post-billing audits.• Work with UB-04 forms and handle collections when necessary.Qualifications:• Contract experience with knowledge of fee schedules, per diem rates, and reimbursement structures.• Collections experience, particularly with UB-04 forms.• Above-average math skills; strong ability to calculate fees and payments.• Ability to read and interpret Explanation of Benefits (EOB) forms.• Proficiency in Excel.Soft Skills:• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.• Open to change and adaptable to process improvements.• Quick learner with the ability to grasp new systems and workflows.IND 004-008Addison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
