Supply Chain Coordinator for Aerospace companyFull Time, On- Site in Orange Park, FL - $55-60K plus BenefitsA Supply Chain Coordinator will play a crucial role in assisting the Supply Chain Team with Purchase Orders, Vendor Order Status, and General Order Support.Key Responsibilities:• Purchase Order Management and Status• Request and input order status from vendors into the system• Communicate information regarding orders that are impacting customer satisfaction• Create Purchase Orders per communicated requirements• Vendor Quote Management and Sourcing• Assist with vendor quote request as needed and accurately input them into the systemAdministrative Support• Scan and file Order Documentation in electrical and physical locations as needed.• Professionally answer and direct office phone calls.Qualifications and Experience:• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Microsoft 365 Outlook• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with various departments and external stakeholders.Physical Requirements:• Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.• Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standardsOther Duties:Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
