Administrative Assistant (HR/Finance)

LEAP Group is hiring a full-time Administrative Assistant to support the HR and Finance functions for our group of full-service digital marketing agencies.

WHO IS THE ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

The Administrative Assistant provides direct support to both LEAP's HR and Finance Managers. You interface with teammates, clients, and vendors with warmth and professionalism, navigating both administrative and interpersonal tasks with ease.

This role is an opportunity to be a part of a creative, agency environment and grow your knowledge of the HR and finance disciplines.

A day in the life might include:

  • Sending email communications to clients for invoice delivery, statements, and friendly payment reminders
  • Helping recruit for open roles at LEAP (posting job ads, screening candidates, conducting interviews).
  • Answering client questions relating to outstanding invoices, or escalating such inquiries to the Finance Manager for clarification
  • Facilitating a positive onboarding experience for new teammates.
  • Performing basic functions in QuickBooks (training will be provided)
  • Managing HR and administrative systems for accuracy.
  • Supporting deposits for payments made by check, ACH, or Credit Card.
  • Assisting with LEAP's diversity & inclusion initiatives.
  • Supporting the HR Manager as needed in other people-operations tasks, including leave management, policy administration, documentation, training and development, benefits administration, and other priorities.
  • Other administrative tasks as needed including assisting with office mail, communications, and filing.


WHAT DO YOU NEED?

  • 2+ years office experience or other relevant experience/education
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and detail orientation
  • Aptitude for time-management and deadline-orientation
  • Ability to handle confidential information with care and discretion
  • Ability to learn new software or systems with training

WHERE IS THIS ROLE?

This role will be located onsite at our Louisville headquarters with the option for remote flexibility 1 day per week initially (may be expanded with time).


HOW MUCH DOES IT PAY?

The hourly range for this position is $14 per hour to $17 per hour.
