Theincumbent for this position will be working directly under thesupervision of the Parking & Transportation Manager.Job DutiesJob Duties & Responsibilities:• Report directly to the Parking & Transportation ServicesManager and promptly complete tasks given by other Business &Auxiliary Services staff members.• Greet, direct appropriately, and assist visitors/customers,answer phone calls, take messages and/or redirect callsaccordingly.• Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and promptlyprepare outgoing mail (envelopes, packages, etc.). Issue parkingpermits accordingly while maintaining files and records so theyremain updated and accessible.• Operate copiers, fax machines, and other office equipment whileprocessing and making copies of various documents.• Learn and operate parking management software and provideBEARcard Office-related functions as needed.
