POSITION SUMMARY
The Administrative Assistant provides receptionist duties as the face of the Dean’s office and support to the faculty hiring processes, onboarding of new faculty members, and programs supported by the Dean’s office. This position is highly collaborative in support of multiple programs in the Dean’s office. It requires strong organizational skills, responsiveness, and the ability to work with others.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome visitors to the 2nd floor of Nollen House
- Provide primary administrative support for faculty searches.
- Taking minutes at faculty meetings.
- Perform general clerical tasks and administrative support to the Dean’s office.
- Work with accounting processes to facilitate reimbursements.
