Run study reports several times daily, contact SOL Staff for medical releases, contact providers for medical records
Assist study coordinator to ensure proper documentation is complete and packets are prepared to be mailed for adjudication
Create participant hospital searches including calling/faxing different departments for correct admit/discharge data
Redact PHI from medical records obtained to principal study outcomes and endpoints; including but not limited to heart, COVID 19, cognitive disease and asthma.
Transmit redacted medical to corresponding data collection center.
Prepare and scan closed cases to Data coordinating center
Update established reports for redacted and shipped medical records to be discussed
Review quarterly management reports to track possible unreliable data
Update reports on reasons for missing medical records from different hospitals
Organize and file study medical records
Maintain and place order for office supplies
QUALIFICATIONS:
High School Diploma and 2-4 years of administrative support experience are required. Equivalent combination of education and experience will also be considered.
Skills and Competencies
Must possess working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel. May use other web based programs as assigned;
Must demonstrate good judgment, initiative and attention to detail;
Ability to check applicable policies and procedures.

Deals directly with individuals and groups, both internal and external to the College, ability to check the applicability of matters requiring knowledge of policy.
