Our Investment Banking Group provides clients with the full range of financing and advisory services to achieve management's objectives throughout the entire business life cycle. Wedbush Securities is looking for an Investment Banking Administrative Assistant to support senior level management in our Investment Banking division. The ideal candidate will be extremely organized and have the ability to work in a demanding and fast-paced environment with colleagues across multiple offices handling complex and confidential information, and having daily interaction with clients and professionals within Wedbush. This position will be located in our New York City office.

The reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic location. A reasonable estimate of the current hiring range is $55,000-$75,000. At Wedbush, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at, or near, the top of the range for their role. Decisions regarding compensation are determined on a case-by-case basis and are dependent on a variety of factors including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.
