Administrative Assistant - Permanent Part Time

• Manage ordering office supplies for the office
• Communicate with all departments & employees globally
• Manage administrative duties and scheduling for leaders of Trades, Sales and Finance teams
• Other duties and/or projects may be assigned
• Shift - Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday from 8am - 3pm - must be flexible

• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook programs
• Excellent, clear communication style with all levels of the organization
• Deadline oriented
• Ability to multi-task priorities in a high volume envrionment
