SCOPE OF ROLE:

The Administrative Assistant role is ideal for someone who enjoys working where teamwork is essential, contributions are valued, personal growth and development are emphasized, and successes are celebrated. In this position, you will provide key administrative support to the Public Affairs & Communications department.

You will be responsible for various tasks and functions, including invoice and expense administration, travel arrangements, catering coordination, inbox management , meeting coordination, project tracking and reporting , dashboard reporting , and other Public Affairs & Communications objectives.

Location: Our Corporate office in Wildlight, FL with a hybrid work format. Individuals are required to work at the headquarters office a minimum of eight days a month. (about 2 days per week & may require more in office time during onboarding)

WHAT IS REQUIRED:

  • High School Diploma or GED; College experience or degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of general office administrative experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint, and preferably having had exposure to accounting or land management software.
  • Experience in contract management and invoicing oversight.
  • Must be able to work in a team environment, have excellent organizational skills as well as an ability to quickly learn new processes and systems.
  • Must maintain confidentiality and be able to communicate and interact professionally and effectively.
