SCOPE OF ROLE:
The Administrative Assistant role is ideal for someone who enjoys working where teamwork is essential, contributions are valued, personal growth and development are emphasized, and successes are celebrated. In this position, you will provide key administrative support to the Public Affairs & Communications department.
You will be responsible for various tasks and functions, including invoice and expense administration, travel arrangements, catering coordination, inbox management , meeting coordination, project tracking and reporting , dashboard reporting , and other Public Affairs & Communications objectives.
