Description:Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control is seeking a Senior Administrative Assistant for a position
in Grand Prairie, TX reporting to the Director of PAC-3 Evolutionary Development. The position will provide primary administrative support to the director as well as the Evolutionary Development program team which includes two other Directors.
Responsibilities include:
Disposition all incoming calls
Calendar and appointment management
Travel reservations
Expense report preparation and submission
Maintaining office supplies
Preparation, publication, and distribution of documents (weekly activity report, IPT charts, etc)
Preparation of presentations and reports as assigned
Primary meeting support (scheduling, Skype/Zoom/Microsoft Teams, dial-in phone numbers, charts)
Meeting/event planning (catering, visit requests, facility/venue scheduling)
Managing and coordinating conference room schedules and utilization
Set-up and in-meeting support of multi-media/audiovisual/VTC equipment
Managing shared folder access and usage
Maintaining group calendar and other group-related information
Basic Qualifications:
Highly professional demeanor
Extensive MS Office skills, specifically Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word
Extensive experience with Skype for Business, Zoom, and general meeting support activities. Willingness to learn and become an expert on Microsoft Teams.
Experience setting up and running VTC meetings
Experience scheduling, setting up, and running multi-site meetings
Ability to multi-task and solve technical challenges quickly and under pressure
Ability to handle multiple competing priorities
Knowledge of the Visitor Request processes and systems
Ability to gain an understand of and manage SharePoint sites, Microsoft Teams Channels, and shared drives
Experience handling sensitive information
Strict discretion is a must as is the ability to interface appropriately with employees and customers
Extensive experience with Lockheed Martin travel procedures, processes, and systems (Concur Travel system)
Desired Skills:
Previous experience supporting director-level executives.
Basic knowledge of the MFC business and overall organization including key personnel, systems, and processes.
Working knowledge of Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control policies and procedures
Familiarity with procedures for handling LM Proprietary and Export Controlled Information
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Secret

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
