Associate's degree and two or more years of related work experience, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.

Position Description:

The Disability Resource Center is seeking a team member to:
  • Serve as receptionist for Disability Resource Center i.e., schedule appointments; answering the phone; responding to questions from faculty, staff and students; and referring individuals to the appropriate DRC staff as needed. Responsible for entering student information into computerized record keeping and scheduling system related to student exams and accommodations.
  • Administer exams/quizzes for students to meet the requirement(s) of their accommodation. Monitor students using surveillance and report unusual activity to supervisor.
  • Maintains department's procard log and reconciles monthly transactions
  • Be responsible for preparations for accommodated exams that require use of technology, including converting/editing of exams for use with assistive technology and preparing for exams proctored by the DRC which are administered online or using technology.
  • Oversee office and student workers, and exam accommodations, when supervisor is unavailable.
  • Be responsible for department procurement - order supplies, materials, and equipment. Process travel paperwork as needed.
  • Process departmental payroll for staff and students
Salary Commensurate with Experience.

Compensation will be commensurate to candidate experience.
