Unit Mission Statement
The Office of Auxiliary Services provides a variety of products and services that support and enhance campus life for students, faculty and staff, alumni, and guests of the College. Position Summary
The Administrative Coordinator is responsible for providing financial, administrative, and facility support within Auxiliary Services. Examples of duties include but are not limited to:
  • Prepare and process financial documents such as invoices and vendor payments.
  • Run reports for gathering and verifying information related to contract compliance.
  • File paperwork, distribute mail, maintain inventory data, and respond to department inquiries.
  • Liaise with Facilities Management, Auxiliary Services staff, contractors, and outside vendors to help manage the facility work order process and coordinate maintenance for division buildings.

Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Working knowledge related to one or more of the following areas: financial data, accounting, procurement, or similar.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite 365 (MS Word, Excel, Outlook.)
  • Excellent customer service skills and demonstrated ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to work with numbers with a high degree of accuracy.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Post-high school education such as an associate or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Experience and/or training within Auxiliary Services or in Higher Education.
  • Knowledge of dining operations, equipment; facility, and operations.
  • Experience using a procurement system, work order system, and/or Banner Finance.
  • Experience working with meal plans, budgets, and contract management.
  • Experience evaluating data to determine inconsistencies or areas of improvement.

Advertised Pay Range
Up to $43,000, commensurate with experience.
