Bryn Mawr College has an opening for an Administrative Program Coordinator in the Career & Civic Engagement Center.
THE POSITION
Reporting to the Director of Career & Professional Development, the Administrative Program Coordinator will provide administrative support to the Director and Career & Civic Engagement Center staff. Responsibilities will include office management (managing staff calendars, arranging meetings, room reservations, multi-media requests, printing & scanning materials, ordering food & supplies, answering phones, responding to inquiries), systems management (Handshake, EMS, E-Market, Job-X, GRAM, Qualtrics, etc.); program management (funded internship program, on-campus recruiting program, etc.); relationship management (including supervision & support of student office assistants). This position is physically situated in the atrium of the new Student Life & Wellness Building; the successful candidate will have comfort working in an open, public area with a high level of foot traffic, frequently stopping other work to attend to visitors/callers. The individual will collaborate with other Center team members to deliver top-notch service to students, staff, faculty, alumnae/i, organizations, vendors, and others who are integral to achieving the Center’s goals.
Bachelor’s degree required. Candidate should have office support experience, strong organizational skills, the ability to develop processes, problem-solving and priority-setting skills. Candidate must have strong computing skills, outstanding oral and written communication skills. The ability to develop relationships with students, alumnae/i, employers, faculty, and staff is critical for this role.
Must be able to attend or coordinate occasional evening and weekend events during the academic year.
Salary range: $20-$22/hr
