Academic Administrative Assistant

Bryn Mawr College has an opening for an Academic Administrative Assistant.

THE POSITION

The Academic Administrative Assistant performs a variety of secretarial and administrative duties in support of the faculty, students, research and curriculum associated with the Biology, Chemistry, Geology, and Environmental Studies Departments.

Qualifications include administrative or secretarial experience in an academic environment with progressively increasing responsibilities or any combination of skills, education and training which provides the necessary skills, abilities, and knowledge. Proficiency with computer software packages, including Microsoft Office, Adobe and social media preferred. Experience with and/or an aptitude for learning enterprise software including Financial Edge, Moodle, Interfolio, JobX, EMS. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
