The overall purpose of this position is to maintain and negotiate license agreements. The incumbent in this position is primarily responsible for the user licensing of all IEEE online package products and ensures that licenses are negotiated effectively and promptly to facilitate the order process and to promote customer satisfaction. The role typically reports to a Manager and manages 0 direct reports. This position works under minimal supervision required and does not have authority. Once trained and deemed proficient in their job, the employee may be eligible to work in a hybrid office/remote structure that includes periodic telecommuting in accordance with IEEE and department practices, and is subject to change at IEEE's sole discretion.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration or other related business field. 1-2 years experience in SFA tools (Salesforce.com is a strong plus) and relevant experience in a deadline-driven, fast-paced, customer-focused Marketing or License Agreement environment.
