  • Manage a team of legal technology project management professionals, providing leadership, guidance, and mentoring to ensure high-quality work and professional development;
  • Oversee the end-to-end delivery of the eDiscovery process, including data preservation, forensic collections, processing, review, analysis, and productions;
  • Collaborate closely with attorneys, paralegals, clients and IT teams to develop and implement eDiscovery strategies that align with legal and regulatory requirements;
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on eDiscovery and other litigation based technologies, tools, and best practices, staying up-to-date with industry trends and advancements;
  • Develop, implement, and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality control measures to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance throughout the eDiscovery lifecycle;
  • Manage vendor relationships, including selection, negotiation, and performance evaluation, to ensure the delivery of high-quality and cost-effective eDiscovery services;
  • Conduct training sessions and provide guidance to legal teams on eDiscovery processes, tools, and techniques;
  • Perform quality assurance checks on deliverables and implement continuous improvement initiatives;
  • Stay informed about relevant laws, regulations, and case law related to eDiscovery and provide guidance on legal hold obligations and data privacy considerations.
    Assist in developing and monitoring eDiscovery budgets and timelines for projects;

QUALIFICATIONS and REQUIRED SKILLS
  • Proficiency with Relativity and Relativity Structured and Conceptual Analytics;
  • Hands-on use in live cases of machine learning technology such as Relativity Active Learning, Brainspace, and NexLP;
  • Understanding of eDiscovery best practices, including preservation, collection, culling, processing, and production protocols;
  • Ability to understand the perspective and anticipate the needs of lawyers;
  • Ability to build rapport with lawyers, staff, clients, and vendors at all levels;
  • Ability to work in a team setting and independently with minimal supervision;
  • Ability to meet changing deadlines, work under pressure, and balance competing demands;
  • Strong organizational and project management skills;
  • Ability to attend to detail and the big picture as appropriate;
  • Ability to anticipate and solve practical problems, dealing with a variety of variables where little standardization exists;
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills;
  • Positive and energetic demeanor;
COMPUTER SKILLS
To perform this job successfully, an individual must have the indicated skill level in the following software:
Proficiency:
  • Relativity;
Working Knowledge:
  • Relativity Structured and Conceptual Analytics;
  • Brainspace and/or NexLP and/or similar machine learning platforms;
  • File transfer and encryption protocols;
  • Microsoft Office products including Teams, Access, Excel, PowerPoint and Word;
  • Processing tool capabilities, such as LAW and Nuix
EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION and/or EXPERIENCE
  • 5+years experience leading uncomplicated and supporting large eDiscovery projects;
  • In-depth knowledge of eDiscovery processes, technologies, and industry standards;
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with a proven ability to motivate and develop a team;
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a meticulous attention to detail;
  • RCA, Relativity Analytics, and Brainspace certifications preferred;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels;
  • Understanding of data privacy and confidentiality requirements in a legal environment;
  • Litigation experience as a practicing lawyer a plus;
  • Degree in computer science, data analytics, information management, or related field a plus;
  • Review management experience a plus.
HOURS
Core hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. or 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., depending on region. Must be flexible to work additional hours.

The annualized salary range for this position is $160,000 to $175,000 depending on the candidate's overall experience and other job-related factors permitted by law. Full time employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus.
