We are Looking for:

The Art & Design Graphics Coordinator primary focus will be to support the Graphic Design team as they build branded assets for livestreams, marketing, and monetization efforts. We’re looking for someone with a passion for organization and creative workflows. The successful candidate will have excellent time-management, organization and communication skills. This is a regular full-time fully on-site position.

Job Responsibilities:

Support the daily project intake and output within the Art & Design team.
Oversee the assembling of assets and delivery spec organization.
Route and coordinate requests and track progress of lower thirds, locators, composited elements, and end tags.
Create and maintain all Design Team tracking sheets, including: Graphics Issues Tracker, Tallies for Designer Time Spent, Team calendar and schedules
Works with Ops team for booking/scheduling all contract support
Shadow Design Team Project Manager in effort to sub while PM is OOO
Work both independently with cross-functional teams, collaborating with stakeholders, designers, copywriters, and videographers to support ASV projects
Collaborate with project managers to update project status, review edits and/or feedback from the client.
Works in Airtable to manage all project support

Qualifications and Experience:

2-3 years related experience in project management
Knowledge of Marketing/Social asset specs and formats
Knowledge of post production and live TV processes.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Understanding of motion/graphic and design best practices for online platforms, including delivery specifications and workflows.
Ability to work on tight deadlines and multiple projects simultaneously.
Self-starter, strong self initiative.

Compensation & Benefits:

The compensation range for this position is $70000-$87000.
