We're looking for a User Experience Designer to join our team. Our team focuses on making employee recognition and points redemption a more mainstream, easier, and delightful experience for companies who care about their employees' accomplishments.As a UX Designer at Awardco, you will play a critical role in our design process, from initial research and ideation through to prototyping, testing, and final implementation. You will be responsible for understanding user needs, creating intuitive and impactful designs, and collaborating closely with cross- functional teams to ensure seamless user experiences on the Awardco Platform. Your expertise will drive the creation of user-centered solutions, backed by data and best practices, to deliver high-quality,valuable experiences for our clients.What you will do:• Collaborate and lead in partnership with a Product Manager and Tech Lead to execute product initiatives on a cross-functional team• Create wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and prototypes.
