Skills

• Associate Degree in a technical field
• 1-3 years of maintenance scheduling/planning experience or 5-10 years as a machine repair technician
• Proficiency with maintenance systems and Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Responsibilities

• Evaluating non-emergency work requests and developing scope of work
• Estimating labor hours, materials, and equipment required for jobs
• Organizing and prioritizing work order backlog
• Scheduling maintenance activities and conducting planning meetings
• Training site employees on CMMS
