• Planning and executing process improvement projects.
• Maintain Advansys quality management system to ensure that all processes are in accordance with
international standards.
• Create processes, Flows, SOPs, and Work instruction and guidelines documents.
• Maintain and update all process-related documents and handles change requests.
• Audits different process areas with process owners to monitor conformance with QA standards and
procedures.
• Generate Audit Reports, share them with the departments concerned, and follow up on the actions.
• Report the areas of improvement based on the audit results, operational excellence projects, and
survey results.
• Implement customer satisfaction calls and communicate surveys, collect feedback, and share it with
concerned parties.
• Participate in Root Cause Analysis sessions & follow up on the actions.
• Promote process improvement & operational excellence culture

As a Process Excellence Specialist Engineer at Advansys, you'll be at the forefront of driving process improvement initiatives that really make a difference. You're not just clocking hours; you will generate insightful audit reports, collaborate with departments to track action follow-ups, and identify improvement areas based on audit results. Customer satisfaction is key, so you'll implement calls and surveys to gather essential feedback that influences our processes. You'll work hand-in-hand with teams during Root Cause Analysis sessions and be an ambassador for a culture of operational excellence and continuous improvement. We're looking for someone with a bachelor's degree, around two years of experience, and a strong foundation in statistics.
