AdvisaCare Home Health Care, a Medicare Certified Agency with over 20 years of service, is seeking dedicated, motivated, and dependable *Certified Nursing Assistants*. As a CNA, you will provide compassionate personal care services to our Home Health clients in the Traverse City and surrounding areas serviced by our office. This position allows you to develop meaningful relationships and contribute to a nurturing environment within the home.

** Home Health Experience Preferred but not required**

** Per diem position with opportunity for full time for the right candidate.

  • Current Valid State of Michigan Certified Nursing Assistant license
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Position requires travel across AdvisaCare service area ( Oakland, Macomb & Wayne counties)
  • 6 months of Home Health CNA experience or equivalent
  • Strong communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills
  • Shower/Bath Aide
  • Excellent benefits including 401K Retirement Plan
