Job Description

Utilize your existing networks to develop and generate new business;
Drive initiatives for the overall End Market;
Manage the presentation and report development from clients and play a key role in client management and client satisfaction;
Work with other project team members to help identify appropriate solutions for client projects;
Design execution and oversight of all projects within the studio relative the expertise required;
Perform team/resources planning and management. Utilities your industry networks to recruit top technical talent and experts to further grow your team;
Manage Design and Technical staff to increase quality and performance of the team;
To be a role model and mentor to all staff.

Qualifications

Over 15 years’ experience with Accredited Architecture Degree
At least 5 years as a Design Director in a previous position
Deep experience in the Design field especially in a specified typology
Solid Design experience
Strong organizational and management skills
A recognizable portfolio with project experience in China
Recognition from Clients and/or industry peers as an industry leader
Excellent team player
