Join us.• *Job Description**The **Leeding Builders Group** , division of **AECOM** , is seeking a **Finance Intern** to be based in **New York, NY** ._This position is expected to begin in June 2024._The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:Follows instructions to accomplish tasks assigned by senior staff.Works under direct supervision, completing assigned tasks in support of the controllership team.May also support project accounting team.Meets required schedules while producing quality work.• *Qualifications**• *Minimum Requirements:**Candidate must be currently enrolled in a university program pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a similar major with the intent to continue after the internship, unless graduating.Candidate must have completed two years of study.• *Preferred Qualifications:**Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Ability to follow direction and manage specific tasks to completion.Ability to learn new technologies and concepts.Willing to work on a variety of tasks alone or as part of a team.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Prior construction internship experience.• *Additional Information**Sponsorship for US employment authorization is not available now or in the future for this position.This position does not offer relocation assistance.Qualified applicants who are offered a position must pass a pre-employment substance abuse test.Offered compensation will be based on location and individual qualifications.
