We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Engineer - Drainage to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In this critical role, you will lead the design and implementation of complex drainage systems for a large infrastructure projects, ensuring efficient and sustainable water management solutions.

• Develop and oversee the design of drainage systems for large-scale infrastructure and development projects
• Conduct hydraulic and hydrologic analyses to optimize drainage solutions
• Manage project teams and coordinate with multidisciplinary stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with local and international drainage standards and regulations
• Implement innovative and sustainable drainage practices, including green infrastructure solutions
• Prepare detailed engineering reports, technical specifications, and design drawings
• Provide expert guidance on stormwater management and flood mitigation strategies
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies throughout project lifecycles
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the continuous improvement of engineering practices
• Participate in business development activities and proposal preparation

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field; Master's degree in Water Resources Engineering or related field preferred
• Professional Engineering (PE) license or equivalent
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in drainage engineering, with a focus on urban drainage systems and stormwater management
• Advanced knowledge of drainage system design principles and best practices
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other relevant engineering software
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills for complex problem-solving
• Excellent project management abilities, including budget and schedule control
• Superior communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective report writing and presentations
• In-depth understanding of local and international drainage standards and regulations
• Expertise in sustainable drainage practices and green infrastructure solutions
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment
• Willingness to travel to project sites as needed
