Real interaction, real activity, real fun, and real impact.Proof we are awesome• Ranked among Inc. 5000 Fastest Growing Companies• Serving more than 45,000 kids in free youth programs• Over 350,000 adult participants nationwide• 8 city markets & counting...If you have a desire to make a difference through community and sports, Volo could be your next and final career destination.About the jobLocation: Remote, willingness to travel to DC ~3x/yr preferredSalary Range: $140,000 - $180,000We are looking for a UI/UX Designer to work closely with our product managers, department heads and senior leaders to craft web and mobile experiences for our e-commerce platform, consumer application, and business operations platform.They will work collaboratively with our product and engineering teams to ensure cohesive and comprehensive app delivery.The UI/UX Designer will be responsible for designing and ensuring simple UI to ensure the best UX possible for our users and our staff, including: gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with engineering, sales, marketing and support to ensure functionality and experience is top tier.
