Are you looking for a company with flexible scheduling to demonstrate your creative Visual Merchandising skills?Harper Group was founded and built upon integrity, professionalism and a dedication to sales achievement for our retailers and manufacturers alike throughout all of our territories. We strive to achieve great service and sales for those companies we are lucky enough to consider our customers and partners, through a tireless commitment to understanding their needs and helping to provide solutions to their problems.Currently, we are seeking a Visual Merchandiser to assist our Show Operations team and our clients, by being responsible for supporting the company's needs regarding all visual merchandising need during the Show Season (typically January and July). The duties performed by the Visual Merchandiser tasks must be completed in a quick manner, while ensuring to still follow all safety procedures. The hours will fluctuate on an as needed basis, with busiest times being in January and July.Qualifications:• Effectively read the planograms and directions.• Experience in visual merchandising with a focus in gift and home.• Able to work in a fast-paced environment• Tradeshow visual merchandising experience preferred• Must be able to perform tasks that may involve bending, twisting, and lifting 50-75 lbs., along with standing for extended periods.• Must have portfolioWhat it entails:Fixture installation Set up:• Work with fixture installer to update fixture placements• Work with fixture installer to ensure that they are executing the process correctly• Planogram will be provided for fixture set upVisual Merchandising set up:• Planograms and pictures from past seasons will be provided to reference• Stage the merchandise according to the planogramThe Showroom Coordinator will be present to help unpack boxes. The visual merchandisers will be responsible to merchandise and stage the product according to Harper Group execution standards.Tear down:The possibility to work with Showroom Coordinator to pack up any items that need to be shipped from the Atlanta Showroom to the NY Showroom for additional Tradeshows.Note: Wear comfortable shoesHarper Group is a drug free work environment.Hourly$50-$56.25 USD Harper Group
