This position is remote, working EST hours.Duties and Responsibilities:• Design Development: Create visually appealing and user-centric designs for digital applications, including mobile, web, and AI solutions.• Collaboration: Work closely with UX designers, developers, and product managers to produce wireframes and then translate into high-fidelity visual designs.• Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs align with the company's brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual language across all digital products leveraging a design system.• Prototyping: Develop interactive prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts and interactions to stakeholders.• Asset Creation: Produce design assets, including icons, graphics, and animations, for use in digital applications.• Design Systems: Leverage existing design systems and style guides to streamline the design process wile providing feedback to the design system team on improvement opportunities.QualificationsEducation and Years of Experience:• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.• 5+ years of experience in visual design, preferably within a digital application development environment.Required and Desired Skills/Certifications:• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Sketch and Figma or similar.• Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.• Ability to create responsive designs that work across various devices and screen sizes.• Strong communication and collaboration skills.• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and best practices.• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Min Citizenship Status Required: Must be a U.S. CitizenPhysical Requirements: No Physical requirement needed for this position.Location: Remote, US (EST hours)Working at DMIDMI is a diverse, prosperous, and rewarding place to work.
