About Aerostrat
Aerostrat is a fast growing B2B SaaS company building a complete maintenance planning solution for the aviation industry. Our core product, Aerros, enables our customers to plan all the maintenance on hundreds of aircraft in a matter of minutes. Our solution helps customers understand the cost and efficiency of their maintenance operations while giving them the confidence to make data-backed business decisions. Over the past seven years Aerostrat has achieved a customer base that includes some of the world’s most well-known airlines and aircraft operators. Aerostrat’s success to date has been driven by a lean team focused on transforming complex asks into an easy to use product. As a remote-first company we understand that everyone works differently. At Aerostrat we value your contributions and output over your time spent on Slack or sitting in Zoom meetings.
About this role
Aerros is maintenance planning software for the aviation industry, focused on making it easy to build, analyze, and improve maintenance plans. At the core of our product is an in-house developed calendar engine and a variety of workflows for creating and editing the schedule’s data.
As a UI/UX Designer at Aerostrat, you will be responsible for taking these complex workflows and turning them into simple, easy to understand experiences. You will work closely with our Director of Product & Growth to turn identified concepts and product opportunities into well-defined mockups and prototypes that our engineering team can execute. You will have opportunities to work directly with internal and external stakeholders, including some of the largest airlines in the world, to gather feedback and refine your designs.
As our first dedicated designer you will have opportunities to shape our design language and put your mark on our existing product as well as new products we've identified. You will also have opportunities to shape our digital and physical marketing presence to help drive sales outcomes.
Why Aerostrat
As a UI/UX designer at Aerostrat, you will be a critical part of our growth journey. You will have a direct impact on the continued success of our existing product, and play a foundational role in the design and execution of new product offerings. You will have an opportunity to work with us as we design and build our next products from the ground-up.
Aerostrat products are developed with direct feedback from our customer base, and as part of our team, you will work with our Director of Product to identify the real asks behind customer requests, and help us turn those ideas into smooth easy-to-use experiences for our customers.
At Aerostrat we pride ourselves on our excellent work environment with a fully remote team and tools, flexible hours, and a strong focus on results - not how many hours you spend available on Slack. Working at Aerostrat will offer you an opportunity to solve real customer problems, foster a healthy work-life balance, and make a huge impact on a highly success product used by many of the airlines behind your travel and the packages on your doorstep.
