Skills
7 years of experience in performance marketing or growth marketing role
Experience with MarTech tools such as Google Tag Manager, Google Campaign Manager 360, and Looker
Strong communication ability
Data-first mindset
Responsibilities
Leads paid media strategies in partnership with Brand, Partner Marketing (B2C) and Platform (B2B) teams
Manages ongoing collaboration with media agencies
Develops comprehensive testing schedules and implements rigorous frameworks to drive learnings
Assists campaign drivers with campaign optimizations and reporting alongside analytics
Drives shifts in paid media strategies based on experiment outcomes and progress to OKRs
Educates and influences executives through data-driven analysis of paid media campaigns and deep subject matter expertise
