The Consumer Marketing Team is responsible for best-in-class campaigns that span across many channels with captivating creative that performs. The team works hard to develop campaigns that have sharp product positioning and consistently develop new ways to differentiate Affirm in the market.
You’ll function as a lead of the Consumer Product Marketing team for our Banking and Monetization pillars. We drive marketing strategy and product adoption across product and marketing channels.
The Group Consumer Marketing Manager of Product’s role at Affirm is to deeply understand our market, our consumer needs and use this insight to help inform our product strategy and craft our positioning and messaging. Consumer Product Marketing leads our go-to-market strategy, collaborating with Product Management and other cross functional teams to powerfully launch our products to our consumer. Product Marketing is beholden to the same goals as our product partners, we are laser-focused on driving awareness, adoption and usage. This role will be responsible for shaping the Consumer PMM discipline and team.
We are looking for a creative, analytical, and detail-oriented product marketing leader with strong communication, relationship building and people management skills.

Min: $190,000
Mid: $237,500
Max: $284,900
USA base pay range (all other U.S. states) per year:
Min: $171,000
Mid: $213,700
Max: $256,500
