Staff Product Manager, Capital Markets & Bank Partnerships
Affirm is looking for a strong product leader to take on the challenge of expanding product lines and becoming a global company in the Capital Markets and Bank Partnerships sector. The ideal candidate should be innovative, motivated by reimagining consumer financial services, and comfortable working in a technology-driven agile environment.
Skills
- Product management in fintech or payments industry
- Designing products for internal and external facing partners
- Experience in finance, treasury, or debt capital markets
- Successful product launch at scale with measured strategy
- Outstanding written and verbal communication
- Influencing leadership, cross-functional teams, and external partners
- Technical proficiency for in-depth discussions and opinions
- Prioritizing high-impact initiatives
Responsibilities
- Establishing as a critical trusted partner of internal Capital teams
- Mastering BNPL Debt Capital Markets and Banking as a Service spaces
- Defining and driving product strategy for the product area
- Collaborating with other product teams to support initiatives
- Analyzing the impact of product features and defining metrics for success
- Identifying new product opportunities and setting a comprehensive roadmap
- Driving the Product Lifecycle from objectives to launch
- Interacting effectively with senior leaders presenting insights and strategies
