Tier 2 Support Engineer
Afresh is on a mission to eliminate food waste and make fresh food accessible to all. They seek a Support Engineer passionate about problem-solving and supporting their mission.
Skills
- Technical customer support experience
- Strong SQL knowledge
- Git or version control experience
- Strategic thinking
- Exceptional communication skills
Responsibilities
- Be the primary escalation point for Tier 1 Support team.
- Triage technical issues and resolve or escalate appropriately.
- Take ownership of customer issues and follow through to resolution.
- Resolve tickets and communicate effectively with customers.
- Investigate customer problems involving data integrity and app bugs.
- Define and improve workflows for efficient customer support.
- Identify trends in customer requests and improve documentation.
Education
- Degree in Computer Science or related field (preferred)
