Manager, CX Ops (Tools)
BambooHR is dedicated to improving the customer journey and needs a Manager for CX Operations to lead a team focused on enhancing customer experience through operational excellence.

Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of CX operations professionals.

Education
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience
