We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant with a deep understanding of Sales and Marketing Operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the VP's day-to-day tasks, keeping the inbox at zero daily, and supporting proposal development, customer communication, and HubSpot operations. Key Responsibilities:

  • Inbox Management: Proactively manage the VP's inbox, ensuring it is maintained at zero daily.
  • Communication: Create professional emails, support proposal development, and occasionally speak and call customers when needed.
  • HubSpot Expertise: Use HubSpot Sales Hub and Marketing Hub to:
    • Create and manage sequences.
    • Build workflows.
    • Analyze and organize contact data.
  • Google Suite: Use tools like Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides for documentation and presentation purposes.
  • Canva Design: Create visually appealing and professional designs for presentations, proposals, and marketing materials.
  • Sales and Marketing Knowledge: Understand and use key terms like CTA, keywords, and conversion metrics in daily tasks.
  • Speed and Accuracy: Type a minimum of 79 words per minute with high accuracy.
  • Internet Speed: Maintain a reliable internet connection with a minimum speed of 50 Mbps to ensure uninterrupted workflow.
