Job Title: Technical Project Manager
Type: Full-time, Remote
Working Hours: Taiwan Time Zone with daily syncs during overlapping hours with PST
Compensation: $2,000 - $2,500 USD/month (Negotiable based on experience)

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to oversee technical operations in Taiwan. This pivotal role will coordinate between R&D teams, manufacturers, and global stakeholders to ensure seamless product development and delivery.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate high independence, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate across time zones and cultures.
Supply Chain Management: Source and manage relationships with manufacturers and vendors in Taiwan. Coordinate and align all stages of the supply chain to ensure smooth operations.
Production Oversight: Supervise production processes, ensuring compliance with quality standards and schedules.
Packaging & Labeling: Oversee packaging and labeling execution, adhering to guidelines from US-based legal and operational teams.
Shipping & Logistics: Manage import/export processes, ensuring timely and accurate shipping of materials and finished products.
Regulatory Support: Coordinate with local labs to execute regulatory testing, such as skin allergy and shelf-life testing, based on guidelines from headquarters.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Liaise with the R&D team in Hsinchu, Taiwan, and report progress to the CEO in San Francisco during daily syncs.
Vendor Site Visits: Conduct on-site visits to factories and vendor locations as required, primarily in northern Taiwan.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field.
3+ years as a Project Manager in a manufacturing environment with experience in high-tech manufacturing (e.g., polymers, semiconductors, or advanced materials), Soft Matter, or advanced materials manufacturing.
Fluency in English and Mandarin is a must.
Ability to travel within Taiwan - specifically to Hsinchu, Taipei - for lab visits and stakeholder engagements as required.
Highly independent with strong ownership of projects.
Familiarity with supply chain management and regulatory processes is a plus.
