Pay Rate: $75-$80/hr DOE

Job Brief:
We are looking for an exceptional project manager to join our client’s Marketing PMO team. In this role, you will be instrumental in the day-to-day intake and management of cross-functional MKTG projects. From project brief support to resourcing and agency management, you will own the intake, management and delivery of various types of marketing projects. Reporting into the PMO leader, you will help to drive the project across the organization while ensuring that projects are delivered on brief and on time. The ideal candidate would be excited about the opportunity to work across multiple types of Marketing initiatives and be a part of building and driving a global marketing organization.
Responsibilities:

Managing requests through the project lifecycle, from intake to launch to wrap-up

Partnering with agencies, internal stakeholders and our in-house teams to define timelines, milestones, and deliverables for the project workstreams

Managing day-to-day project needs including team comms, budget, resourcing and workback schedules

Partnering with program management leads, internal stakeholders, and external agencies to identify priorities, risks and opportunities

Own project reporting including providing status updates, weekly comms, and surfacing wins and potential blockers

Build strong cross-functional relationships, anticipating needs and aligning on process

Be a team and brand ambassador internally and with our agency partners, cultivating strong relationships to help keep the work running smoothly and efficiently
Requirements:

5+ years working as a creative project manager or producer, either in-house or at an agency

3-5 years of experience applying agile concepts and frameworks to optimize the way teams prioritize, design, and execute

Excellent communication skills

Proven ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders and executives

Proven ability in managing and evolving process to meet the needs of growing organizations

Self-starter who is curious and takes initiative

Proven experience managing multiple projects, delivering on time and on budget

Excellent time management, facilitation, and organizational skills

Experience working in Asana, or similar project management tools
