Job OverviewResponsible for promoting and selling the company's digital marketing services in the local US market across various channels like TikTok, Amazon, Google Ads, and independent websites. Through active customer acquisition and professional sales strategies, achieve sales objectives and boost the company's market share in the digital marketing domain.II. Main ResponsibilitiesCustomer Development- Utilize multiple channels such as industry exhibitions, online platforms, and social media to identify potential local US customers, establish connections, and expand the customer base.- Develop and execute customer - development plans, regularly follow up with prospective customers, understand their requirements, and provide personalized digital marketing solutions.- Collaborate with the marketing team to engage in marketing activities to enhance the company's brand visibility and attract more potential customers.Sales and Promotion- Thoroughly introduce the company's digital marketing services to customers, covering TikTok marketing strategies, Amazon advertising services, Google Ads optimization, independent website construction and promotion, etc.- Based on the customer's business goals and budget, formulate customized digital marketing plans, conduct plan presentations, and engage in sales negotiations.- Follow up on customer project progress to ensure service quality and customer satisfaction, and facilitate customer renewal and referrals.Market Research- Monitor the trends of the US digital marketing market, understand competitors' services and prices, and provide suggestions for optimizing the company's products and services.- Gather customer feedback and market demands, and work with the product team to develop new digital marketing services and products.- Analyze sales data and market trends to formulate corresponding sales strategies and plans.Customer Relationship Management- Establish and maintain excellent customer relationships, communicate regularly with customers to understand their business development and changes in their needs.- Promptly handle customer complaints and issues to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.- Provide digital marketing training and consulting services to customers to help them make better use of the company's services and improve business performance.III.
