General Purpose

General Overview

The Sales Technician is responsible for successfully servicing multiple customers each day. For each customer they are responsible for maximizing sales and customer satisfaction. The Technician must master cleaning knowledge and skills for each of the services offered and must master the techniques of selling value such that both sales and service are exceptional. In addition, the Technician must be completely dependable to arrive on time and prepared every day while demonstrating integrity and teamwork.

• WE PROVIDE THE VEHICLE AND EQUIPMENT.
• NO DOOR TO DOOR SALES OR COLD CALLING - we provide the customers and book the appointments for you.
• PAID TRAINING @ $15/hr.
• BASE PAY PLUS COMMISSION AFTER TRAINING - no 1099's, you will get a W-2.
• PAID TIME OFF / PAID HOLIDAYS / 401K / LIFE INSURANCE
• HEALTH INSURANCE WITH EMPLOYER CONTRIBUTION UP TO $225- Medical, Dental & Vision

Main Job Task and Responsibilities

● Ensure successful completion of cleaning. This includes:

○ Timely arrival and startup

○ Positive customer interactions—including ETA’s, managing customer expectations and concerns, increasing sales by showing customer value

○ Efficiently, methodically completing jobs. Managing changes to routes as they occur during the day.

○ Independent resolution of issues, obstacles, etc. related to customers, equipment, etc.

○ Job closeout and/or thorough communication with leadership—including full written and photo documentation; calls & emails when necessary to ensure successful job closeout

○ Post cleaning of equipment, and preparation for the following shift

● Personally exemplifying Zerorez cleaning and professional standards, helping other Technicians to learn and do the same

● Effectively manage the time, resources, and costs of the company

Qualifications, Education and Experience

● High School Diploma / GED

● Must maintain valid driver’s license and participate in random drug testing

● Clean criminal background check (exceptions may be considered at the company’s discretion)

● Cleaning experience necessary

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

• Air Duct Cleaning: 1 year (Preferred)
• Floor Care: 1 year (Preferred)
