Airbnb is looking for an Advanced Analytics Lead to enable travel for millions of guests and hosts. This role supports Product and Business leaders within the Community Support organization, focusing on data-informed decision-making.

Skills

Expert skills in SQL
Experience in Python or R for data analysis
Knowledge of schema design and high-dimensional data modeling
Expertise in non-experimental causal inference methods
Ability to work in ambiguous environments

Responsibilities

Drive day-to-day analytics and create scalable data tools.
Identify pain points in traveling and hosting to improve experiences.
Lead data-driven roadmaps for Community Support working groups.
Build business insights and reporting platforms for efficacy.
Perform data modeling and optimize community and agent experiences.

Education

Minimum of Master's degree or PhD in a quantitative field
